PAYMENT
For the first persons
Payment is made only on the website https://alexbrain.ru using a bank card or other payment system. Orders that have not been paid for are not processed.
Offer to conclude a purchase and sale agreement
For legal entities
Form of payment – non-cash (excluding VAT), by bank account. Forms of conditions with counterparties:
- payment by invoice;
- payment by invoice-agreement;
- Payment by agreement.
We provide all closing documents for accounting and ask our customers to return the originals of the signed documents by regular mail of the Russian Post (we also have an accounting department that requires compliance with the purity of the formula).
Prepayment 100%. For large wholesale buyers, for serious work under the agreement, other payment options are possible (negotiated separately).
DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out throughout Russia by Russian Post.
For large wholesale buyers, in case of significant work under the contract, other delivery options for the goods are possible (negotiated separately).
RETURN
Goods not related to return
According to the current legislation (Resolution of 31.12.2020 No. 2463), there is no return of goods of stable quality:
- Personal hygiene products (toothbrushes, combs, hairpins, curlers, wigs and others);
- Products and materials, fully or partially made of polymeric materials and in contact with food products (dishes, kitchen and tableware, containers and packaging materials for storing and transporting food products, including disposable ones);
- Household furniture sets;
- Technically complex household goods for which warranty periods of at least one year are established;
- Animals and plants;
- Non-periodical literature (books, brochures, albums, cartographic and musical publications, sheet music, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical information carriers).
Products made to order, as well as virtual and paid products that were not returned on a trip.
Products of appropriate quality that do not fall into the category of non-returnable products can be returned before receiving the products or within seven calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. When returning a product, the cost of delivery is paid by the buyer.
To return a product, you must write a free-form application to info@alexbrain.ru with a request to receive a letter from the post office that you specified when purchasing the product.
The letter must include the following:
- Reason for return;
- High-quality photographs of the color(s);
- Online receipt (sent to the buyer by mail after payment in our online store);
- Name of the product to be returned;
- Surname, Name, Patronymic of the buyer;
- A scanned copy (main page) of the buyer’s passport.
Requirements for returned goods:
- The goods must be purchased on the website https://alexbrain.ru;
- The goods must not be in use and must not be damaged;
- Inner packaging (if provided for by this manufacturer of the goods) The goods must not be opened or damaged.
If the necessary requirements are met, we will refund the money (excluding shipping costs) within 30 calendar days from the date we receive the returned goods.
Quality of our goods
We are a full-cycle enterprise. Exclusive and designer products use products made of valuable wood species and their assembly. Most of the presented products are made by hand or brought to perfection by hand.
Each product, even mass-produced, has a unique pattern, which we carefully select and prepare for the manufacture of each product, taking into account the nature and semantic load of the model or product we are developing.
Before sending the goods to the buyer, we additionally conduct an inspection and check of the completeness of each product. When developing internal and external (for transportation) packaging, we take care of the complete protection of our products.
